I couldn’t be happier with the Behind-the-Seat Subwoofer Plug & Play System from Sounds Good Stereo. The entire setup is extremely well thought out, from the fit and finish to the plug-and-play wiring and included sound treatment.
Installation was straightforward and everything fit exactly like it was supposed to. What impressed me most, though, was the difference in sound. The bass is clean, tight, and powerful without being sloppy or overpowering the rest of the system. It adds the low-end response the factory stereo was missing while still sounding balanced and refined.
The sound treatment is also a huge plus. You can tell this isn’t just a subwoofer thrown behind the seat—they actually designed the complete system to work together and get the most out of the available space.
Just as impressive as the product itself is the customer service. These guys actually answer the phone, answer your questions, help troubleshoot issues, and stand behind what they sell. That kind of support is getting harder and harder to find. On top of that, they are true experts in what they do. You can tell you’re talking to people who genuinely understand vehicle audio systems, not someone simply reading from a script.
If you’re looking to upgrade your factory system without hacking up your truck or piecing together a bunch of random components, this is absolutely the way to go. Excellent quality, excellent sound, outstanding customer service, and a genuinely well-engineered product.
