Fitment and compatibility

What vehicles does the BOSE T-Harness fit?

Our custom T-Harness is designed specifically for 2019–2026 GMC Sierra and Chevrolet Silverado trucks equipped with the factory BOSE sound system. It plugs into the factory wiring so you can add an aftermarket subwoofer and amplifier while keeping the BOSE system fully intact.

Will the harness work with the B&O Unleashed system?

Yes. Our Ford B&O harness is engineered to retain full functionality of the factory Bang & Olufsen system, including the Unleashed configuration. It taps the factory wiring to provide a clean signal for an aftermarket subwoofer amplifier without disabling or degrading the factory audio processing.

What amplifier do I need to use with this harness?

The harness outputs standard RCA signals, so it works with virtually any aftermarket mono or multi-channel subwoofer amplifier that accepts RCA inputs. We recommend an amp with an adjustable low-pass crossover and bass boost for best results. Contact us if you'd like help selecting a matching amplifier.

Can I move my F-150 B&O subwoofer system to an F-250?

The F-150 and F-250 (Super Duty) are different platforms. The enclosure moves over with no problem, but the amplifier wiring and tuning won't carry over from an Unleashed to a regular B&O system. You can send the rack back to us for reconfiguring (about $250, roughly a 5-day turnaround once we receive it) or sell it and order one built for the new truck.

Do I still need the T-Harness if I already have the Nav-TV ZEN interface?

No. The Nav-TV ZEN interface handles all of the factory system integration, so the separate T-Harness becomes redundant. If you already purchased the T-Harness alongside a ZEN, you can return it.

Installation

Do you install systems for customers?

Not as a general service. We're a manufacturer — our products are engineered for DIY installation or for any competent local shop to install with predictable results. The one exception is our Elevated package, our most exclusive build, which we install ourselves and limit to two per month.

Do I need to cut or splice any factory wiring?

No. Our harnesses are plug-and-play and connect directly to existing factory connectors. No cutting, splicing, or permanent modification is required — that preserves your factory warranty and keeps the install fully reversible.

How hard is the install?

Straightforward. Everything is plug-and-play into factory connectors, and many capable DIYers complete an install using our videos. If you'd rather not do it yourself, any competent local shop can handle it — our products are designed so the result is predictable no matter who installs them.

Can I build my system in stages instead of all at once?

Yes — you can phase your build financially and still end up at the identical final result, with no performance left on the table. How you group the stages matters: our Focal and 3-way sets are tuned together with their amp rack, in the truck, before they ship, so keep each system together. Good phase points are (1) the behind-the-seat subwoofer plus amp rack as one stage, and (2) the speaker system with its tuned rack as the next.

Can I pick my order up instead of having it shipped?

Local pickup is by appointment only — call ahead so we can confirm your item is ready and schedule a time. We're a manufacturing facility, not a retail storefront, so we can't accommodate unscheduled pickups.

How it works

Does the harness output RCA signals?

Yes. The harness converts the factory speaker-level signals from your system into RCA line-level outputs suitable for a standard aftermarket subwoofer amplifier. That lets you add a dedicated subwoofer amp while keeping all factory speakers, controls, and processing fully intact.

Will adding an aftermarket amp affect my factory sound quality or settings?

No. Installed correctly, your factory system keeps operating independently. The harness maintains the factory signal path, so equalization, sound staging, volume compensation, and Unleashed tuning are unaffected. Your new amp handles only the added bass reinforcement.

Does the harness have factory bass roll-off?

On our GM Bose T-Harness there's no roll-off to worry about — you get a raw, full-range signal. On Ford B&O trucks, the factory progressively cuts bass as volume climbs; our roll-off-fix harness connects at the amplifier level and maintains full frequency response at every volume, so your subwoofer always receives a clean, full signal.

Are crossovers included with the prewired Focal speaker kits?

The passive crossovers aren't included by default, because most customers today run active systems and don't use them. If you need the crossovers for an amplified setup, just let us know and we'll ship them to you.

Do you sell empty subwoofer enclosures?

We don't sell empty enclosures separately. Each enclosure is engineered as a complete system — internal volume, port tuning, and construction are precisely matched to the subwoofers it ships with, since every sub has unique parameters. We can, however, build a custom loaded enclosure for your preferred subwoofers and vehicle; these are made to order with roughly an 8-week lead time, and include carpet finishing and phone-controlled LED lighting.

Returns and warranty

What is your return policy?

You have 60 days from the day you receive an item to send it back for a refund, credit, or exchange. Contact us for an RMA number and we'll email you a prepaid UPS return label — the cost of that label is deducted from your refund, and on orders that shipped free, our original outbound shipping cost is too. Items need to come back complete and unused, in their original packaging; there's no restocking fee when they do, but returns that come back incomplete, used, or damaged may carry a restocking fee of up to 20% or be declined. Catalog products are returnable — including our custom-cut parts. Commissioned one-off builds and special orders that aren't listed on our website can't be returned. Full details are on our Return Policy page.

What warranty do you offer?

Everything we build carries a one-year warranty against defects in workmanship. Products from other manufacturers are covered by their own manufacturer warranties.

What's the warranty process if I blow a speaker or subwoofer?

Contact us first so we can confirm what happened. If it's a defect in workmanship — covered for one year on everything we build — we'll email you a prepaid return label for just the defective driver. Ship it back, and once we receive and verify it, we'll send a replacement with tracking, typically within 1–2 business days of your return reaching us. Damage from overpowering, like a burned voice coil, isn't a defect and isn't covered by warranty.

What do I return if I lost the original packaging?

No problem — we'll send you an empty box with proper packaging so you can return the item safely. For amp racks, make sure to include both the amp rack and the large T-Harness that came with it.

Shipping and lead times

How long until my custom T-Harness ships?

Custom-made BOSE T-Harnesses are built in batches. After you order, your harness enters the production queue — typical turnaround is about 1–2 weeks, with batches completing at the end of the week and shipping early the following week.

How long does a custom subwoofer enclosure take?

Custom subwoofer enclosures typically take about 6–8 weeks to build, since each one is hand-crafted and tuned for your exact vehicle and subwoofers. Orders may ship in multiple packages because components have different build times — items like amp racks ship as soon as they're ready, and the enclosure follows once it's complete.

Why is my CNC-machined amp rack showing as delayed?

When demand for CNC-machined products like our amplifier racks is high, there can be a brief delay while we catch up on production. These are custom manufactured — once they come off the CNC machine they go through final assembly and typically ship the same or next day. We'll keep you posted on your order status.

I never got an order confirmation — did my order go through?

First, check your email spam folder for the confirmation. Orders placed on weekends are processed the next business day. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking email with the shipping details. If you still can't find it, contact us and we'll confirm your order.

Ordering and general

Do you offer financing?

Yes — we offer 6- and 12-month financing options through Affirm and Shop Pay. You'll see the available options at checkout.

What are your hours?

We're open Monday through Friday, 9am–6pm Central, and closed Saturday and Sunday.

Where are you located?

We're at 230 Fiberglass Dr, Ste 201, Mt. Juliet, TN 37122. We're not a retail storefront — we're a manufacturer that ships products around the world.
