2021-2026 Ford Bronco Kick Panel Speaker Adapters

First I want to say I love everything about car audio and to have companies like Sounds Good that are also passionate about it, with great customer service, is great for our community! I haven’t pulled the trigger on a big item from them yet but I know by the quality and precision they put into the speaker adapters is amazing and you truly get what you pay for. You may think it’s silly and it’s just a speaker adapter but I promise you it’s not, all the “normal” adapters I’ve used for years not having a clue this was even an option are junk in comparison. I’m sure my door panel would bend or possibly break before this adapter does. With all that said, I’m happy and I recommend this product 🤣
Side note I purchased this in the 8” and 6.5” the 8’s are for the future

When I bought these adapters for my 2023 ford maverick after using the vehicle selector, the description notes said these would give me a 3" speaker mounting depth, which was great, since I needed 2.875. When I got around to going to install the speakers, I realized these were actually shallower than a metra adapter by a quarter inch and actually lost depth in comparison. When I called about it, of course it was too late and I was told that 3" depth was from an F150. I was told I could buy another set and stack them :-( Looks like they fixed the listing now and just list it as a 1/2 thick adapter and do not list a speaker mounting depth.

These are not your basic speaker adapters. The quality of the product and packaging is way above anything you will find elsewhere. If you care about your install quality this is definitely what you want. The service is also top notch! Excellent communication about shipping and free goodie’s included with order. No doubt the best adapters and block off plates you can buy!

Well packaged and great communication. The are a perfect match for my Focal mid-bass 6.5 speakers to install in my F150.

These are probably workable, but the mounting area is more like 3-7/16" - so a speaker with an actual 3-1/2" diameter will not fit without some modification. The inner diameter farther down is also a little snug, so getting wires on the speaker terminals will require some modifications to that as well.

Overall, not bad and the quality of the plastic is good. They just aren't a drop-in upgrade.

I got just the adapter plates for front 6x9 to 6.5 and the rear 6.5. Quality adapter plates. Good and thick. Solid mounting surface for the new speakers. Not like the cheaper ABS plastic adapters. One draw back for my installation (2016 Ford Explorer XLT) was that the pre drilled holes did not line up at all with the holes actually used by the factory speaker. While not a problem for myself but might be for others that are not good at fabrication (I.e. drilling new holes). In the end, the plates fit well with new holes drilled and better sound was achieved with better speakers.

used in a 2025 ranger, perfect fit, the access hole for the wiring is a nice bonus to make a seamless install.
