I ordered this amp rack for my brand new truck to make my life easier, and boy did it. I’m really impressed with the quality and how easy this is and how it fits in my vehicle perfectly. All of the accessories from sounds good stereo have been great And since I don’t work in a car stereo shop anymore, they’ve made my life 1000 times easier. Recently installed the Stealth Focal Flax Evo 9 channel in my 2022 F-150. Highly recommend getting this package with the custom pillar speaker upgrade if you’re in between on deciding which package to get. The sound from these things is incredible. Definitely notice a major upgrade on the vocals in songs with these.
The quality of bass from the stealth sub enclosure is phenomenal. It’s extremely responsive and hits hard. The package is set up extremely well to allow that while still having the quality and sound of the door/pillar speakers come through.
The sound treatment was the biggest bear to install for me but the most worth it. It was pretty wild to hear the sub hit with pure bass and no rattling or random noises from the truck.
Highly recommend this package. If installing your self, set aside a good amount of time for install (took me about 4 days total). Watch the videos and there’s a couple good threads on forums of guys who have installed themselves.
CONNECTORS ARE A LITTLE PICKY TO PLUG IN BUT WORKS AWESOME AND VERY NICE NOT TO HAVE TO CUT THE WIRING IN THE TRUCK TO ADD AN AMP FOR A SUBWOOFER. I ORDERED WITH THE LOC. I AM RUNNING A JL AUDIO XDM600/1 AND INSTALLED A JL AUDIO STEALTH BOX.
Well made product. Perfect fit on my 2023 F150 regular cab. Easy install, even extra screws included.. Highly recommend.

Worlds of difference
Everything fit and much of this kit is 5-star. I gave it 4 stars due to the lack of any type of instructions. I even contacted SG twice attempting to get information. I consider myself a master mechanic/carpenter. There's not much I cannot due or have not done. I insist on perfection/high quality in my work. I'll give my installation 9/10 as I couldn't perfect individual pieces without guidance.
- The speaker adapters and wiring adapters are a no-brainer. A+ products.
- The sound mat would logically install behind the speaker, but to cover the entire speaker, I had to go up on the door glue joint and middle bar. I believe this not to be perfect as water can potentially get behind the mat. A+ material.
- The spongy foam logically goes around the speaker, but it did not stick readily to the adapter and I am not positive it sits perfectly again the plastic door panel to isolate sound. A+ material.
- The kit came with high quality gasket material. I was not sure if this was for between speaker adapter to metal door, or between speaker to adapter. Either way, it was not used as it was "straight material" and would not curve around the circular hole without binding. Think: taking a piece of masking tape and laying it flat in a circle. D- material.
This kit does work with a F@%), you should put that in your model options above and when ordering. I used Memphis mojo pro 6.5". Between them and the SG products my sound system is MUCH improved.
Changed the sound of the stock door speakers ... for the better. Can't wait to move on to step two and change out speakers and add amp.
Installation was a breeze in my 2024 F250. This allowed me to connect a small amp/sub without having to swap out the head unit. Made my stereo system much better than the stock sound with a small 6.5" sub. Highly recommended.
After installing a Kicker Key 200.4 amp (using a SGS harness) I opted to add their block off plates to all four doors. Installation was straight forward but I would recommend a second pair of hands when you drilling of the first couple of screw holes to hold the plate in place. The fit was right on and I have experiences no rattles. I used some weather striping foam as a seal between the plates and the door metal. I also installed some sound deadening mat. The hardest part was figuring out how to release the door latch cable.
