I saw some reviews complaining about the price for a "piece of plastic." In my opinion, this item was well worth the price. There is quite literally a giant hole in your truck when you remove the factory "subwoofer." this thing is well made, fits perfect and provide a seal to keep the weather out. Well worth the money in my opinion.

May requires some trimming depending on the make of your speakers. Had to open the hole another 1/8 but that was easy since I have all the tools to do it.
