Easy Install, Very Expensive

These were very easy to install and work great. Would love them if they were more reasonably priced.

2020 Ram 1500 project -Black Hole Tile

Did full sound deadening on truck. Easiest part of project was adding the black hole tile over CLD. Used 72 pack with 24 in each front door and 12 each in rears. Doors are very solid now.

Great sound deadening

Pricey, but really nice feeling pieces. The paper is a bit hard to remove, but the tiles stick really well.
I didn’t do a before and after sound test, but I believe these will make an improvement.

Preparations for 2-way Passive System 2017 F-150

Ordered a box of 72 tiles and also a starter bag of 18 tiles in preps for my 2-way passive system. I installed 27 tiles in each of the front doors and 18 tiles in each of the rear doors. Very easy to install as demonstrated in the Sound Treatment Video. The backing was easy to remove once I gently cut a straight line down the middle of the backing, which resulted in an easy removal of the backing. Also, after a week I removed a door panel to check for any moisture and also to check the tiles to ensure quality adhesion. Found everything intact and good to go.

BH Tiles

I can only review as far as product quality and installation.. those things stick extremely well however if you are working in a cold climate, a heat gun is your best friend for removing the backing. Overall they seam to be very well made!

Great

Put them in my tacoma that is sound treated but had a hollow sound that drove me nuts now the sound is so much better enjoyable clear

Great stuff

I was skeptical about these for what they cost and if they actually make a difference but very happy with the outcome. My truck is heavily sound treated bit even after adding these black hole tiles I noticed even more of a difference. My system has always been very clean clear and precise but it now sounds even better most noticeablely at higher listening volume levels after installing the tiles

Door improvements

This is a great alternative to doing a whole door with dynamat. Saves weight and improve sound and back waves. I was impressed by this product. Lack Hole Service was quick and easy. Delivery is very fast. Something that I wasn’t sure when I order this product.
