Great fit and finish

Products are well made and a perfect fit for my tweeters. Ease of install was on par.

2017 Ford Mustang GT Coupe

For the most part they were just what I needed. Fitment was tight, with the help of the agent on the phone we were able to get the size fairly close. I had to take approximately another mm or two from the inner ring to slide the tweeter cup inside. What would be helpful is if the adapters came with bends at the connection locations. However, I'm fully aware every tweeter is different, smaller or larger so each application may vary. All in all they worked.

Great Quality Product

These speaker adapters are of very sturdy high quality plastic that have been machined to a perfect fitment. The vacant speaker attachment holes are perfect for the installer to make a perfect fitment of speaker attachment holes. Pricey, but worth every penny compared to all the other brand options.

Close but no cigar

The OEM tweeter mounts are curved so they fit down inside the A pillar cover. The custom ones are flat so there is a large gap between the adapter and the tweeter opening. The hole size in the adapter is meant to allow the use of the new tweeters housing which is threaded on the outside and can be secured to a flat surface with an included plastic nut. Unfortunately between the gap and the thickness of the tweeter housing there is not enough room for the A pillar cover to fit. I ended up removing the tweeter from its housing and glued it in place with silicon adhesive.

Generic and not a perfect fit

I have a 2019 F-150 and ordered the adapters for JL c3-100 and one side fit almost perfectly but did require negligible cutting of my a-pillar which the page said cutting was only necessary for larger sizes. One side did not fit at all and I had to break one of the screw holes and kinda snug it to one side with the screw on top of the tab. Definitely NOT custom since it didn’t fit right on my truck, definitely generic sizes.

Designed in-house, sold as a pair, and cut with a laser, these acrylic tweeter brackets will make your installation a breeze. They mount in the factory location, using the factory screws, and allow the fitment of several different tweeter sizes. Available in multiple sizes which will fit most tweeters, tweeters not included.

Important Size Details:
All sizes over 47mm require slight modification to the pillar, see photos for more information

Measure the tweeter mounting options including the flush cup, the flange of the tweeter, etc to find the correct size. If unsure, just send us a message with the tweeter you are planning to use.
