You Can Keep The Factory Jack!!!

I have a 2025 F-150 Platinum Plus with B&O Unleashed and the PowerBoost. I purchased both this passenger amp rack and the behind the seat subwoofer for the driver side. Both are excellent quality! The instructions tell you to remove the factory jack, but that wasn’t really an option for me. I got to looking and noticed I could rotate the jack mount 180° and it would bolt right on top of the amp racks mounts! This leaves about 2” between the amp rack and the jack when fully installed. This left me plenty of room to mount my NavTV Zen Power 9 (F25) to power the door speakers and an audio control 800.1 for the sub. This is an EXCELLENT combination, the NavTV DSP and power output for the door speakers is phenomenal. The NavTV also has a 500 watt RMS subwoofer output but I found it to be a little underwhelming and wanted more power so I added the AudioControl to the NavTVs preamp out which also has full DSP control. Sounds phenomenal for the basic plug and play setup. NavTV recommends running a dedicated power AND ground to the 12v battery under the hood. However, this being a PowerBoost, there’s already a 12v AUX battery under the rear passenger seat. This battery is on its own 125 amp fuse with a 6ga wire straight from the battery junction box under the hood. I’m powering both amps straight from the 12v AUX battery with zero issues. Under full load, there’s less than 0.5v of voltage drop between the terminals on the amps and the under hood battery. There’s mixed reviews online of people doing this, so do it at your own risk, the way the PowerBoosts electrical system works, I think this is a better solution instead of pulling power from the under hood battery IMO. My one complaint, and I will probably fix this, is the included nylon spacers that lift the rack off of the floor 3/4 of an inch. This is an issue because the top right of the amp rack is pushing up against the bottom of the TCM connectors pretty hard, I’m worried over time they will break. Overall a solid product, they really should inform their customers you can reinstall the jack by simply flipping the mount. I will say when the bottom of the seat is folded up, there is some contact with the amps, but not too much to worry about and I rarely fold my seats up.

Solid Product, but...

Really great quality panel and installation seems straight forward, however, using the plastic bushing on the back wall bracket [which was plumb] did not allow the seat to clip back and took a chunk out of the panel. Use the bushing at the bottom far left mount only.

Great product

Awesome product for your amp/amps/crossovers whatever you need securely mounted! Ignore the wiring mess in photo 😂.

Required some slight mods for lightning

Work as intended, found that I had to cut the bushings at the bottom and half and cut off some of the tab at the top due to interference on the Ford F150, lightning

It was not measured correctly when the manufactured it. The leg was put in the wrong spot.

Had I know that my friend was still going to mount amps and that I would have an amp rack wiggle I would have told him to hold off. Now I'm trying to look for a way to manufacture something to hold the bottom part snug.

Passenger side amp rack 2025 f150

Top notch customer support and advice by the soundsgoodstereo crew. Answered all my questions before I ever even made a purchase with them, just a great source of knowledge and experience.

I wanted to write this for people who may be having the same questions I did since it was so difficult to find information online about the 2025 f150s and their revised B&O sub and amp location, nothing I could find answered these questions directly and I'd like to help if I can.

First 2025 has the amp behind the carpet on the passenger side. I tried using this board over the carpet leaving the amp in its stock location and it would not fit without applying extreme force to the factory amp. If you want to keep your B&O amp intact remove it and place it on the board. I found the upper right to be the best spot where I could reach all factory harnesses without cutting or pulling the harness.

Second the rear seat latch interferes slightly with the top of the board mounting bracket, cut back 3/16-1/4" or do what I did and take a file right down the center of the bracket to make some room for yourself to get the bolt back in place.

Third just buy the keyloc and harness, it makes your life so much easier and turns a wiring nightmare into a 2 second job, every wire I attempted to find info on was different from the Ford specs, its not worth the hassle.

Top notch customer service and products.

Racks and Adapters

First of all excellent caring customer service. Regardless of the amount of purchase Don was extremely helpful and courteous. I absolutely loved the amp rack for behind the seat on my 2016 ford lariat. The door speaker mounts are the best you will ever find. Highly recommended

Mounts behind the passenger-side rear seat using the factory jack mounting points. Compact enough to stay hidden, big enough to hold a full-size amplifier or DSP. Customers and professional installers both love this one - even small shops are buying these instead of building their own.

The factory jack relocates or removes entirely. Rack goes in its place with the included aluminum brackets and hardware. The top bracket sits behind the seat latch bracket (not in front) and the HDPE spacer goes between the floor and the bottom bracket for a rock-solid fit with zero play.

Fits F-150, Super Duty, and Lightning - SuperCrew and SuperCab.
